The final registration deadline was Friday 16th July 2010

Registration is not complete until payment has been received. It may be possible to register after this date but this cannot be guaranteed, and you will incur a late registration fee of £25.  If you wish to register after the 16th July, please submit the form below.  The organisers will contact you if they can accept your registration. 

Should you require a refund of your registration, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds can only be given if we are notified before the 16th July, and all refunds will be deducted a 5% administration fee. 

If your travel plans change after the 16th July, please let us know. We will try to refund you part of your registration fee where possible (after the deduction of a 5% administration fee and any unrecoverable costs associated with your registration). This refund will only be confirmed and issued after the conference has occured.

  Registration Options *
   

Registration includes the full scientific (oral sessions, poster sessions, break out sessions) and social program (icebreaker, mid conference field trip, BBQ, whisky tasting, conference banquet and ceilidh)

Please note only those people enrolled on an undergraduate or postgraduate programme (BSc, MSc, PhD or equivalent) on the 16th August qualify as students.  Proof of student status (student card etc) will be required at registration.  Anyone who has already been awarded a PhD does not qualify as a student.

  Pre-Conference Field Trip

The trip will run from te 7th-14th August and costs £450 (all incluseive). There may be spaces left on the pre-conference field trip. If you wish to apply for one of these spaces please check thi box and the organisers will be in touch with more information.
