Registration

 

The conference will convene from the 16th - 20th August 2010, in Glasgow, Scotland.  Registraion is now open.

Registration includes: a full four day scientific program including all teas & coffees, drinks receptions during dedicated poster sessions, break-out sessions, abstract volume, delegate registration pack, electronic abstract volume, and wi-fi internet access at the conference venue. There is a full social program included in the registration fee. This includes: the conference "icebreaker" drinks reception, BBQ, mid conference field trip to Loch Lomond, Glen Coe, the Highlands and the west coast, the conference banquet, whisky tasting & ceilidh. Additional tickets to the social program can be purchased for accompanying persons on the registration form. More details of the social program can be found here.

A pre-conference field trip to the islands of Mull, Ion & Staffa will run from the 8th-14th August, returning to Glasgow late Saturday afternoon. Delegates attending the field trip will then have all Sunday to explore Glasgow before the conference icebreaker on the evening of the 15th. Space on the field trip is limited, and so please register early to ensure a place. Details will be available soon.

Registration closed on July 16th 2010. Depending on numbers, it may be possible to register after this date but this cannot be guaranteed, and you will incur a late registration fee of £25.   If you still wish to register, please complete this form.  If we can accept your registration the organisers will contact you.

Refunds


Should you require a refund of your registration fee, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds can only be given if we are notified before the 16th July, and all refunds will be deducted a 5% administration fee.

If your travel plans change after the 16th July, please let us know.  We will try to refund you part of your registration fee where possible (after the deduction of a 5% administration fee and any unrecoverable costs associated with your registration).  This refund will only be confirmed and issued after the conference has occured.
